PAY PACKAGES

  • Solo drivers average $82,000 per year / .55 cpm to .60 cpm based on experience.
  • Team drivers average $230,000 per year / .85 cpm.
  • Guaranteed weekly pay of $1,300 (solo driver); $1,500 (per team driver)

  • 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner Trucks maintained by our in-house Baylor Technicians.
  • Equipment fully loaded with refrigerator, APU, invertor, free Sirius/XM, microwaves and TV mounts.
  • Safe customer facilities and multiple terminal locations with driver amenities and service 24/7; on-site dispatch support that cares and knows you.
  • 24/7 maintenance assistance and multiple on-site maintenance locations.
  • Five trailers to every one truck to keep you rolling and earning.

To qualify you must have one year of verifiable CDL driving experience.
