SUMMARY:Washington Truck Driving Championship
DESCRIPTION:The Washington Truck Driving Championships (WATDC) is a competition of professional truck drivers hosted each year by WTA’s Safety Management Council.\nThe WATDC competitors compete in nine different equipment classes: straight truck; three-axle; four-axle; five-axle; sleeper birth; tank truck; flatbed; twin trailers; and step van. During the WATDC\, each driver will have a chance to demonstrate their driving and inspection skills\, knowledge\, and professionalism through a series of tests. The drivers will undergo a written examination\, pre-trip inspection test\, and a driving skills test. The winner of each equipment class will be eligible to represent the State at the National Truck Driving Championships\, August 16-19 in Indianapolis\, IN. \nEmail questions to TDC@watrucking.org
