Job Description

Hey Drivers, want to join J&R Schugels Elite Fleet? This is a dedicated refrigerated fleet exclusively for Kraft Foods home weekly and you will run regional!

Drivers will pick-up and deliver to Kraft production plants and customers within the 4-state region of MN, WI, IL, MO. Much of the freight is drop and hook with an average length of haul of 500 miles. This allows the driver to leave the house, run 4 to 5 loads per week for a very productive mileage week and be home on a regular basis.  

In addition, the driver is never more than a day’s drive from home. The lanes are very predictable as most of the freight is consistent in nature and drivers will become very familiar and comfortable with the loading/ unloading characteristics of the shippers and receivers.  

·        Drivers will run dedicated customer contract freight.

·        RUN REGIONAL IN, WI, IL, MN

·        Mix of Drop N Hook and Live-Unload/Live-Load

·        100% no touch

·        Reefer

·        2,200-2,500 miles per week

Pay

·       Drivers earn $.59 to $.65 based on experience

·       Avg $1,200 – $1,600 weekly pay

·       $1,000 transition bonus
