]]> John Tashian of Nick’s Towing Service was on his way back from a job in Newark around 2:15am Sunday when he saw the flames. He called his company dispatcher who notified authorities. Tashian ran to the burning vehicle and helped the driver out and after they’d gotten to safety, the vehicle went up in flames.  

 

Once the Kearny firefighters put the fire out, Tashian towed the burned vehicle himself to Nick’s Towing Yard in Rutherford.
