Pilot Flying J’s myRewards program works differently. Its PushForPoints feature increases the number of points earned per gallon as members complete qualifying diesel fills throughout the month.

PushForPoints must be activated in the myRewards Plus app each month. Members begin at one point per commercial diesel gallon, and each qualifying fill moves them toward the next earning level. A qualifying fill requires at least 75 gallons, only one can count per day, and the rate reaches four points per gallon after six qualifying fills.

TA/Petro Adds More Choices for Using Credits

TA/Petro made a major change to its rewards system this summer when UltraONE and TruckSmart were combined into earnify Pro. Existing points, credits, Gear status and qualifying history transferred into the new program rather than being reset.

Members earn points on diesel, DEF and qualifying National Tire Account tire purchases. Monthly Gear status is determined by base points earned from fuel, with one base point earned for each gallon of diesel or DEF.

The program also uses credits for several benefits. A qualifying 60-gallon fill can earn one credit per day, and members can hold up to 10 credits at a time. In Gears 1 through 3, those credits can be redeemed for showers.

Reaching MAX Gear opens additional choices. Instead of using a credit for a shower, members at that level can use it for a meal valued at $17 or a reserved parking space.

The flexibility comes with a relatively short window to use the benefit. Credits expire after seven days, so someone who does not return to a TA, Petro or TA Express location regularly may have less opportunity to redeem them. Points remain available longer, with a rolling 24-month expiration on active accounts and expiration after six months of inactivity.
