Truck drivers running routes through northeastern Oklahoma have a new stop available along U.S. Highway 169. TravelCenters of America recently opened a TA Express in South Coffeyville, Oklahoma, near the Oklahoma and Kansas state line.

The location is positioned along a corridor used by both regional and long-haul trucking operations. According to the company, the site was developed to provide additional fueling, food, and driver services for traffic moving through the area.

Fueling Access for Drivers

The travel center includes four diesel fueling lanes equipped with diesel exhaust fluid. This allows drivers to handle fuel and DEF needs before continuing along their route.

Truck Parking Availability

Parking continues to be one of the most common concerns for drivers planning their stops. The South Coffeyville TA Express offers 40 truck parking spaces, giving drivers another option when looking for a place to park during a break or overnight rest.

Food and Retail Options

Drivers stopping at the location will find several food choices. Current dining options include The Stuffed Burrito Company, with Golden Chick expected to open soon. The site also includes an on-site deli along with a retail store that carries snacks, beverages, and travel items.

Driver Amenities

In addition to food and fuel, the travel center includes several services intended to support drivers during long trips. These include showers, laundry facilities, and a driver’s lounge.

A New Stop Along a Regional Trucking Route

With its placement along U.S. Highway 169 at the Oklahoma-Kansas border, the new TA Express adds another service location for drivers moving freight through the region. For many drivers planning routes through Oklahoma and southern Kansas, the new stop provides another place to fuel, park, and take a break before heading back on the road.

Pilot continues to expand its nationwide footprint with the opening of two new travel centers designed to support long days on the road and high-traffic corridors. New locations are now open in Chicopee, Massachusetts, and Ponce de Leon, Florida, adding capacity, parking, and services in two busy regions.

According to Pilot, the latest openings reflect an ongoing focus on improving stop options for freight haulers and everyday travelers alike.

“Pilot is committed to creating exceptional experiences for professional drivers and everyday travelers alike,” Pilot said. “We’re helping you make the most of your miles with new travel centers now open in Chicopee, Mass, and Ponce de Leon, Fla.”

Chicopee, Massachusetts, adds a second Pilot location

The new Chicopee travel center is located just off I-90 at 357 Burnett Rd., placing it directly along a key New England freight route. This marks Pilot’s second location in Massachusetts and is positioned to serve regional traffic and drivers moving loads across state lines.

“Whether you’re hauling freight across New England or heading home after a long day, Pilot’s new Chicopee location, conveniently located off I-90 at 357 Burnett Rd., is designed to provide what you need,” Pilot said. “This is Pilot’s second travel center to open in Massachusetts.”

Amenities at the Chicopee location include
• 25 dedicated truck parking spaces
• 7 diesel lanes
• Clean restrooms and private showers
• A hot and cold deli with options such as Pilot pizza and chicken tenders
• Fully stocked beverage coolers
• Four self-checkouts for faster transactions
• Mobile fueling and in-app offers through the Pilot app

“Our team is excited to welcome drivers to the new Pilot in Chicopee,” said Brandon Ohler, region manager. “Whether it’s for a quick break or a longer stay, we’re proud to be here for the people who keep New England moving.”

Ponce de Leon strengthens coverage in the Florida Panhandle

Pilot’s second opening brings a large-scale travel center to Ponce de Leon, Florida, located at 2923 Highway 81 near I-10 exit 96. The site adds significant parking and services in an area heavily used by long-haul traffic moving east and west across the Panhandle.

“Our newest location in the Florida Panhandle is built to help fuel your journey,” Pilot said. “Located at 2923 Hwy. 81, just off exit I-10 at exit 96, this Ponce de Leon stop has plenty of amenities.”

Features at the Ponce de Leon location include
• 87 dedicated truck parking spaces
• 8 diesel lanes
• Clean restrooms and private showers
• Public laundry facilities
• A hot and cold deli with grab-and-go meals
• Fully stocked beverage coolers
• Four self-checkouts
• Mobile fueling and Pilot app rewards

“Pilot’s new Ponce de Leon location was designed with our guests in mind,” says Mark Hasse, region manager. “We’re proud to offer a clean, comfortable place to rest, refuel, and recharge. Our team looks forward to serving the Panhandle community and everyone passing through for years to come.”

Education support is included with each opening.

Pilot tied both grand openings to community giving through its Miles of Good program, with education as the focus.

“We believe in working shoulder-to-shoulder with the communities we serve,” Pilot said. “Through Pilot’s giving program, Miles of Good, we have championed education by donating to hundreds of public schools across North America.”

To mark the store openings, Pilot donated $20,000 to Chicopee Public Schools in Massachusetts and $20,000 to the Holmes District School Board serving students in Ponce de Leon, Florida.

“This funding helps ensure students have what they need to inspire curiosity, strengthen learning, and create opportunities to help them thrive,” Pilot said. “By funding public schools, Pilot is proud to support the next generation.”

Built for the road ahead

Pilot said these openings are part of a broader effort to expand parking availability, improve amenities, and offer consistent stops along major freight corridors.

“These two new store openings are part of our commitment to give you more quality amenities, more convenience, and more reasons to take a comfortable break from the road,” Pilot said. “Whether you’re a professional driver supporting America’s supply chain or a family heading out on an adventure, Pilot is here to be your trusty wingman. See you out here.”

Pilot is closing out 2025 with continued investment across its travel center network, including new locations, major store renovations, and further expansion of its electric vehicle charging footprint.

The company said the projects completed during the final quarter of the year are part of a broader effort to improve consistency and reliability for drivers traveling across its network.

New Travel Centers Added in Ohio and Texas

During November, Pilot opened two new locations designed to provide expanded services and updated layouts for drivers moving through high traffic corridors.

The new facilities include:

Eagle Pass, Texas, Pilot location number 360, added as a new network site

Findlay, Ohio, Pilot location number 360, rebuilt following a complete raze and rebuild project

Both locations were designed to offer updated amenities and improved access for drivers along their routes.

Renovations Completed at Nine Existing Locations

In addition to opening new facilities, Pilot completed curb to counter renovations at nine travel centers across the United States and Canada. These projects focused on upgrading exterior access points, interior layouts, and core services drivers rely on during stops.

The renovated locations include:

Flying J 461 in Tilbury, Ontario

Flying J 518 in Myerstown, Pennsylvania

Flying J 623 in Midway, Florida

One9 1224 in Bismarck, North Dakota

Pilot 134 in St. Cloud, Minnesota

Pilot 180 in Bellemont, Arizona

Pilot 209 in Van Horn, Texas

Pilot 448 in Hebron, Indiana

Pilot 1028 in Buffalo, Texas

Pilot said these updates are intended to improve the overall stop experience from arrival through departure.

EV Charging Network Reaches New Milestones

Pilot also reported continued growth of its electric vehicle charging network during the final quarter of the year. The company now operates more than 1,000 charging stalls across nearly 250 locations.

Since early October, Pilot added charging capabilities at 26 additional sites, increasing access along major travel corridors and in more communities.

The company marked its largest charging station to date at an event in Elkton, Maryland, attended by representatives from the Maryland Department of Transportation, the Maryland Department of the Environment, the Maryland Energy Administration, and Pilot’s network partners.

End of Year Focus on Driver Experience

Pilot said the combination of new builds, renovations, and charging expansion reflects an ongoing focus on providing reliable stops for drivers regardless of vehicle type.

The company described the investments as part of its effort to maintain consistency across the network while adapting to evolving transportation needs as 2025 ends.

Truck drivers closing out the year with tight parking options are seeing some relief. Love’s Travel Stops has opened two new travel stops, one in Eloy, Arizona, and another in Milan Township, Ohio, marking the company’s final store openings of 2025.

With these additions, Love’s finishes the year having opened 18 new locations nationwide and added 1,408 truck parking spaces to its network, continuing its push to expand parking capacity along major freight corridors.

New Locations Along Busy Freight Routes

The Eloy travel stop becomes Love’s 18th location in Arizona and sits just off Interstate 10, a heavily traveled east west corridor for long haul freight. The Milan Township store is Love’s 28th location in Ohio, located off Interstate 90 between Toledo and Cleveland near Lake Erie.

Both locations were built with professional drivers in mind, offering expanded parking, food options, and driver focused amenities.

What Drivers Will Find in Eloy, Arizona

The Eloy location brings one of the larger parking expansions among Love’s 2025 openings. Features include:

129 truck parking spaces

Eight diesel bays

Six showers

Laundry facilities

CAT Scale

10 bobtail parking spaces

Dog park

Self checkout options

Love’s Fresh Kitchen

Dunkin’

Wendy’s

Truck wash scheduled to open January 2026

The Eloy travel stop also added 113 local jobs.

Looking ahead, the site will include five EV charging stations, funded by the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Formula Program, with an expected opening in spring 2026.

What’s Available in Milan Township, Ohio

The Milan Township travel stop adds another strong parking option for drivers running northern Ohio routes. Features at this location include:

111 truck parking spaces

Eight diesel bays

Seven showers

Laundry facilities

CAT Scale

Dog park

Self checkout options

Love’s Fresh Kitchen

Hardee’s

The Milan Township store added 65 local jobs. While EV charging stations are not yet installed, space has been allocated to allow for future partnerships with local utility companies if customer demand increases.

Giving Back to Local Communities

To mark the grand openings, Love’s made donations to community organizations in both locations.

In Eloy, donations included 2,500 dollars to Eloy Junior High School, 2,500 dollars to Toltec Elementary School, and 5,000 dollars to Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

In Milan Township, donations included 2,500 dollars to Edison Birthplace Association Inc., 2,500 dollars to Norwalk Area Food Bank, and 5,000 dollars to University Hospitals Babies and Children’s Hospital.

More Parking as 2026 Approaches

For drivers, the takeaway is straightforward. More parking, more fuel bays, and more places to stop along major highways as the industry heads into the new year. With parking shortages still a daily challenge, the additional capacity added by Love’s in 2025 provides some relief on heavily traveled routes.

Truck drivers across Tennessee have a new reason to look forward to their pit stops. Legendary country singer and entrepreneur Dolly Parton has partnered with the Tennessean Travel Stop in Cornersville, Tennessee, to launch what will be known as Dolly’s Tennessean Travel Stop. The first location, just off Interstate 65 at Exit 22, is set to open next summer, with plans for more travel centers across the state and beyond.

“I have spent the bulk of my life on the road, and more specifically on a bus,” said Dolly Parton. “All the years spent visiting greasy spoon cafes, truck stops, and roadside pit stops have given me an understanding of what travelers desire on the road. Whether you are driving a truck, a bus, or a car, you want a place that feels like home and recharges you for the rest of your journey. I believe we will fill a void out there on the highways, all while bringing the heart and soul of Tennessee.”

The Tennessee Travel Stop has been a favorite among truckers since it opened in 1974 and was rebuilt after a fire in 2021. The travel stop offers more than 100 truck parking spots, showers, a driver’s lounge, laundry facilities, a dog park, and a variety of dining options. What sets it apart is its combination of amenities with a lively atmosphere, including live music and a bar.

“The Tennessean has long been a ‘home away from home’ for truck drivers, travelers, and locals alike. Our roots in this community run deep. We’ve created jobs, built connections, and welcomed generations of people through our doors,” said Gregory H. Sachs, chairman and CEO of the Tennessean Travel Stop and Sachs Capital Group. “This new partnership allows us to carry that legacy forward in a way that celebrates everything special about Tennessee. Together with Dolly and her team, we’re reimagining what a travel stop can be, transforming it into a warm, inviting destination where everyone feels welcome to slow down, kick up their feet, and stay awhile.”

The travel center will remain open during renovations and is set to introduce a modern travel experience that blends upgraded amenities, curated dining, and regional retail.

“Dolly’s Tennessean Travel Stops will be more than a place to refuel. It’s about recharging the spirit,” said Danny Nozell, CEO of CTK Enterprises and long-time manager of Parton. “This project reflects Dolly’s love for her home state and her commitment to supporting local business, community, and the travelers who keep America moving.”

With this partnership, truckers can expect more than just a standard pit stop. From clean, ample parking to food, showers, and entertainment, Dolly’s Tennessean Travel Stop aims to combine comfort, convenience, and a little Tennessee charm for everyone on the road.

Pilot has just opened two new travel centers, giving professional drivers a total of 165 dedicated truck parking spots across Ohio and Texas. These locations are designed to make long hauls a little easier with plenty of amenities built around drivers’ needs.

Findlay, Ohio Travel Center

Located at 11471 State Route 613W, the fully rebuilt Findlay location now offers 80 truck parking spaces and 59 car spots. The center features a Taco Bell for quick meals, clean restrooms and showers, public laundry facilities, a hot and cold deli, fully stocked beverage coolers, and three self-checkouts for faster service. Drivers can also take advantage of mobile fueling and exclusive perks through the Pilot app.

Eagle Pass, Texas Travel Center

The Eagle Pass location at 4392 El Indio Highway is a brand-new addition to Pilot’s network, offering 85 truck parking spaces, 65 car spaces, and eight diesel lanes. Amenities mirror those at Findlay, including clean restrooms and showers, public laundry, a hot and cold deli, beverage coolers, and four self-checkouts. Mobile fueling and Pilot app perks are also available.

Pilot emphasized the importance of driver comfort and efficiency in both locations. “Whether drivers need fuel, a meal, or just a place to recharge, these locations are designed to keep them moving comfortably and efficiently,” the company said.

These two travel centers are part of Pilot’s ongoing upgrades across the U.S. and Canada, aimed at supporting professional drivers with safer, more convenient, and driver-focused stops on the road.

Finding safe, reliable truck parking just got a little easier. Pilot announced the opening of two new locations this week, giving drivers 165 more places to park and rest. The new sites include a completely rebuilt stop in Findlay, Ohio, and a brand-new location in Eagle Pass, Texas.

For drivers running routes through the Midwest, the Findlay stop at 11471 State Route 613W has been redesigned from the ground up with truckers in mind. The site now features 80 dedicated truck parking spaces, clean showers, and public laundry facilities. There’s also a Taco Bell on-site, along with a deli offering both hot and cold meal options that make it easier to grab a quick bite between runs.

The Findlay location now includes three self-checkout stations to cut down on wait times, plus mobile fueling and exclusive driver rewards through the Pilot app.

Down south in Eagle Pass, Texas, Pilot’s newest stop at 4392 El Indio Highway brings even more to the table for drivers hauling through the Lone Star State. This location adds 85 truck parking spaces and eight diesel lanes designed to keep fueling fast and efficient. Inside, drivers will find the same clean showers, laundry access, and deli options that make Pilot a trusted stop across the country. Four self-checkouts make for quick in-and-out trips, and mobile fueling through the Pilot app offers extra convenience and perks.

Between the two locations, Pilot’s latest openings are helping to close the gap in truck parking availability, one of the biggest challenges professional drivers face on the road.

With hundreds of locations nationwide, Pilot continues to upgrade and expand its network to make life easier for drivers who keep America moving.

When you’ve been hauling for days, nothing hits quite like pulling into a terminal that actually feels built for drivers. Roehl Transport’s Chicago Area Terminal in Gary, Indiana, delivers exactly that — a true home base for drivers who spend much of their lives on the road.

As Roehl’s busiest hub, the terminal isn’t just about freight flow. It’s a space centered on driver comfort, convenience, and support. Whether you’re stopping between runs, catching up on rest, or starting orientation, Roehl says this terminal was built around what drivers really need.

Step inside, and it’s clear this place raises the bar. Roehl’s Chicago Area Terminal offers the kind of amenities that make downtime worthwhile, from an on-site grill serving made-to-order meals to private showers and sleeping quarters with real beds. There’s also free laundry, a computer room, TVs in the lounge, an exercise area, and courtesy cars to help drivers get around locally.

But Roehl didn’t stop at comfort. The company says this terminal also serves as a hub for training, maintenance, and professional growth. Drivers have access to on-site service bays, orientation classrooms, and advanced driving simulators. It’s a setup that supports both new drivers starting their careers and experienced ones looking to keep their skills sharp.

Roehl Transport says the Chicago Area Terminal was built around a simple belief that drivers deserve a place that values them. The facility stands as a reminder that behind every load, every mile, and every delivery, a driver is keeping the industry moving — and they deserve a home on the road that treats them right.
