The Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) is excited to welcome nominations for the 2025 cohort of its esteemed Elevate Young Leadership Program.

Following a formidable beginning, TCA continues to open doors for young talents in the truckload sector, offering an exceptional pathway for professional growth. “Elevate is a remarkable opportunity for young leaders to engage deeply with the industry, expand their skills, and connect with experienced mentors and industry peers,” said Zander Gambill, TCA’s vice president of Membership Outreach. “We’re thrilled to welcome a new class and continue the momentum from last year’s impactful program.”

Nomination Details

To be eligible, nominees must be from TCA member companies, under 41 years old by March 23, 2025, and receive an endorsement from a supervisor.

The program is “designed to empower and nurture the leaders of tomorrow,” according to a news release.

“Elevate offers a unique opportunity for young professionals to thrive in their careers,” the news release states. “Through mentorship, skill development, and networking, participants will embark on a transformative journey, gaining the knowledge and experience necessary to reach new heights in the truckload industry. This young leadership program includes a mix of in-person meetings at TCA events as well as six virtual meetings throughout 2024.”

To qualify for the program, aspiring young leaders from TCA member companies must be under 41 years old as of March 23, 2024, and require an endorsement from a supervisor to join.

The inaugural cohort’s agenda includes:

• March 23-26, 2024 — Annual Convention Nashville
• April 9, 2024: 1st Virtual — Mentorship 101
• May 14, 2024: 2nd Virtual — Workforce Development

• Sept. 10, 2024: 5th Virtual — Legislative Training & Government Affairs
• September 2024 — TCA Call on Washington and Fall Business Meeting
