The Make-A-Wish Mother’s Day Truck Convoy, an annual event supporting children with critical illnesses, took place on Saturday, May 10, at the Manheim Pennsylvania Auto Auction. This year marked the Convoy’s 36th year and set a new record, with 426 trucks participating—the largest turnout since the event moved to Manheim in 2020.
The Convoy is a key fundraising event for Make-A-Wish of Philadelphia, Delaware, and the Susquehanna Valley. This year, it has reached 78% of its $500,000 goal, with fundraising efforts continuing through June 15. Contributions will help grant life-changing wishes to local kids facing serious medical challenges.
Among the standout contributors, Ch+N Site Construction raised the highest individual amount, contributing $16,238. The top team honor went to Hot Shot’s Secret, which brought in $12,510.
The event drew thousands of attendees who enjoyed a day packed with family-friendly activities, including games, live entertainment, and various food trucks.
For those who would still like to make a difference, there’s time to contribute to this meaningful cause. Donations can be made until June 15 to help bring hope and joy to children in need through the Make-A-Wish organization.
