A 66-year-old truck driver from Georgia has been charged with murder for fatally shooting a 29-year-old truck driver during a road rage incident in West Virginia last week, according to WVNews.com.

Harold Rue, 66, and Reynaldo Gonzales, 29, (both semi-truck drivers) reportedly pulled onto the shoulder off Interstate 81 near Mile Marker 23 in Berkeley County on the morning of Dec. 7. There, Rue reportedly shot Gonzales and fled the scene, heading north on Interstate 81.

Shortly after, witnesses reported Rue’s truck to police and he was found in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He was taken into custody and ultimately charged with one count of murder. Rue was being held in Pennsylvania, with plans to be extradited back to West Virginia.
