Pilot Grows Its Network with New Locations, Upgrades, and a Push for Cleaner Fuel

Pilot is making big moves across North America—expanding its reach, modernizing its travel centers, and stepping into the future with alternative fuels. In just the past few months, the company has opened multiple new locations and completed renovations at key sites, reinforcing its role as a go-to destination for professional drivers.

New Travel Centers Added Across the U.S. and Canada

Pilot’s latest additions include a mix of new builds and dealer locations that continue to strengthen its coast-to-coast presence. Drivers can now pull into:

  • Pilot #1439 in Port Allen, Louisiana
  • Pilot #1382 in Hudson, Colorado
  • Xpress Fuel #1312 in Vinton, Texas
  • Shell Flying J #851 in Monte Creek, British Columbia
  • Two new dealer-operated Pilots in Perris, California, and Cedar Grove, Wisconsin

These locations add more convenience and coverage for long-haul and regional drivers alike.

Travel Center Upgrades That Go Beyond the Basics

It’s not just about new openings—Pilot is investing in the experience at many of its existing sites. Eleven locations were remodeled during Q2, offering better amenities, updated layouts, and an overall improved stop for drivers.

  • Fort Pierce, FL (Pilot #90)
  • Benton, AR (Pilot #118)
  • Klamath Falls, OR (Pilot #504)
  • Madera, CA (Pilot #365)
  • Chemult, OR (Pilot #133)
  • Paducah, KY (Pilot #358)
  • Plymouth, IN (Pilot #198)
  • Erie, PA (Pilot #311)
  • Pearl, MS (Flying J #678)
  • Ogden, UT (Flying J #744)
  • Clint, TX (Xpress Fuels #1262)

Each of these sites now reflects a higher standard of comfort, safety, and service that drivers count on when they’re away from home.

Leading the Way with Biodiesel

Pilot is also taking a forward-looking step by making clean fuel more accessible to the trucking community. Two of its travel centers—located in Decatur, Illinois, and Des Moines, Iowa—are now home to the country’s first retail B99 biodiesel pumps for commercial drivers. That means lower emissions without sacrificing performance.

Putting Drivers and Guests First

“We are going the extra mile this summer to ensure we continue to create exceptional experiences for the over 1.2 million guests we serve every day,” said Brad Anderson, president, retail at Pilot. “Our purpose is showing people they matter at every turn, and that starts with our team members working across our network and continues with our investments in retail, to grow and update our industry-leading network of stores to meet the needs of our guests and the communities we serve.”
