Pressure Systems International (P.S.I.) is making tire maintenance faster and easier with the launch of TireView LIVE Pre-Check, a new feature that lets fleets and drivers instantly see real-time tire pressure and temperature data straight from their mobile devices.
Simple Scan, Instant Results
The system relies on QR tags that come with each TireView LIVE gateway unit. Once paired with a vehicle inside a fleet’s TireView LIVE account, the tag is attached to that unit. From there, drivers and technicians can scan the QR code and immediately view the tire status right in a device browser—no app downloads or account log-ins required.

The process is refreshable as well. Simply reloading the browser provides updated tire data without the need for another scan, ensuring crews always have the most current information at hand.

With Pre-Check, inspections can be performed before a vehicle departs or at any point during the route. This helps fleets spot problems before they escalate, reducing the likelihood of breakdowns that lead to costly downtime.
The feature also supports fleets managing multiple vehicles. Each unit’s tire data appears in a separate browser window, allowing quick comparisons and streamlined monitoring. Registered users can still log into the TireView LIVE mobile app for advanced features if needed.
