Love’s Travel Stops has added another stop in North Dakota, opening a new location in Sterling and giving drivers more room to park, fuel, and reset along I-94. This becomes the company’s fifth store in the state.
Sitting at 3201 Highway 14, the travel stop sits right between Bismarck and Love’s location in Valley City, making it a convenient pull-off for anyone running through the region on Highway 14, Highway 83, or Interstate 94.
For truckers, the essentials are all here:
• 59 truck parking spots
• CAT Scale
• Five diesel bays
• Four showers
• Laundry facilities
Inside, drivers will find several food options, including Love’s Fresh Kitchen, Godfather’s Pizza, and Subway. The store also includes self-checkout and a dog park, giving drivers and their four-legged copilots a little extra breathing room.
Like other new Love’s builds, the Sterling stop includes designated space for future EV charging stations, allowing Love’s to work with local utility companies if customer demand grows.
To mark the grand opening, Love’s donated $5,000 to Great Plains Food Bank and $5,000 to Sanford Children’s Hospital.
This new stop adds another solid option for drivers looking for parking and quick services along one of North Dakota’s busiest freight corridors.
