Earn up to $80,000 your first year | Home weekly
Sharp Transportation is hiring OTR CDL-A Company Drivers offering steady miles, modern equipment, and strong weekly home time.
Pay & Earnings:
- Starting pay: $0.50 – $0.58 CPM (based on experience)
- First-year earnings: $70,000 – $80,000
- 10,000–13,000+ miles per month
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Production & safety bonuses
- Annual pay increases
- $2,000 retention bonus (paid quarterly over one year)
- Paid layover, detention, and breakdown time
Home Time:
- Home weekly
- 1–3 weeks out depending on location
- 1 day home for every week out (home resets when possible)
Equipment & Operations:
- 2023 or newer automatic trucks
- In-cab refrigerators
- Fold-down bunks
- Samsara E-Logs & drive cams
- Fuel cards covering fuel, DEF, and scale tickets
- Pre-planned dispatch

Freight Details:
- Mostly no-touch freight
- Optional cookie loads (touch freight with extra pay)
- Utah loads are pre-loaded (no waiting)
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license
- 1 year of truck driving experience
- 22 years of age or older
- No major tickets or accidents in the last 3 years
- No SAP violations
