Job Description

OTR & Regional CDL-A Tanker Drivers

We’re looking for dependable, safety-driven OTR and Regional CDL-A Drivers ready to deliver excellence nationwide and within their region. 

What You’ll Do 
-Haul liquid products between drop yards and plants 
-Operate top-tier, safety-equipped equipment 
-Stay compliant with DOT regulations and CORE48 procedures 
-Perform pre-trip inspections, plan fuel-efficient routes, and manage your time effectively 
-Deliver with professionalism and attention to detail 
-Be on the road for 7–14 days, depending on route type 

Driver Requirements 
-CDL-A with Tanker Endorsement 
-2+ years of verifiable driving experience (tanker experience preferred; training available) 
-Must be at least 21 years old 
-Clean MVR and PSP with no major violations in the past 3 years 
-DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen required Shape 

Pay You Can Count On 
Regional Drivers 
-$.49-$.51 CPM; up to $1,325 – $1,375/week 
-Home every 7–8 days with paid $200 resets on the road 
-Safety Bonus paid monthly; $.05 CPM for all miles driven 
-Layover and breakdown pay 
-Paid holidays: $200 (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, -Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) 

OTR Drivers 
-$.53-$.55 CPM; up to $1,430 – $1,485/week 
-Out 10–14 days at a time with paid $200 resets on the road 
-Safety Bonus paid monthly; $.05 CPM for all miles driven 
-Layover and breakdown pay 
-Paid holidays: $200 (same as above)
