PacLease Marks America’s 250th Anniversary With Patriotic Truck Graphics

: PacLease introduces commemorative truck graphics honoring America’s 250th anniversary with patriotic designs featured on U.S. rental box trucks and day cabs entering service nationwide.

As the United States approaches its 250th birthday, PacLease is rolling out a visual tribute that will be seen on highways and job sites across the country. The company has introduced a commemorative graphics package for its U.S.-based rental trucks to recognize the upcoming national milestone.

Based in Bellevue, Washington, PacLease is adding the special design to new rental box trucks and day cabs entering service at company-owned locations and participating franchises throughout the United States. The wraps feature bold red, white, and blue styling alongside PacLease branding and a logo tied to the national Semiquincentennial celebration.

“We are excited to announce the new graphics package design in honor of America’s 250th anniversary,” said Michelle Harry, PACCAR leasing marketing & service director. “We want to celebrate with the rest of the industry – other companies will be doing similar projects. Our rental trucks allow us to showcase the pride we have in America.”

Partnering With Freedom 250

The commemorative truck graphics are part of a broader effort connected to Freedom 250, a national, non-partisan group coordinating activities tied to the country’s 250th birthday.

The Freedom 250 logo featured on the trucks is inspired by the flag traditionally attributed to Betsy Ross. The design includes stars representing the original 13 colonies, reflecting the unity and origins of American independence in 1776.

By incorporating the Freedom 250 branding into its rental fleet, PacLease is using working equipment as a moving reminder of the industry’s long-standing connection to the nation’s growth.

Trucking’s Role in American History

According to Harry, the transportation industry has played a foundational role in shaping the United States, particularly as commerce expanded across regions.

“At PACCAR, we’re very proud of our history as an American company, with its trucks proudly assembled in America,” Harry said. Kenworth has roots that date back to 1923, when trucking was in its infancy. And Peterbilt was born in 1939. For the past 46 years, PacLease has had the privilege to lease and rent those iconic brands to our customers.”

PacLease operates under PACCAR, whose portfolio includes Kenworth and Peterbilt. The commemorative graphics highlight not only the nation’s history but also the long-standing presence of American-built trucks in freight, construction, and vocational work.

A Rolling Tribute Ahead of 2026

The specially wrapped trucks will continue to enter service as new rental units are deployed, putting the anniversary design in front of customers and the public alike. While the graphics are celebratory in nature, the trucks remain part of PacLease’s active rental and leasing operations, working daily in fleets across the country.

As the Semiquincentennial approaches, PacLease’s fleet serves as a visible reminder of how closely trucking and national progress have moved together for generations.
