With the aim of equipping its students with top-notch commercial driver training capabilities, 160 Driving Academy recently opened a new location in Glendale, Arizona. Represented by members from both the Phoenix leadership team and The Glendale Chamber of Commerce at an official ribbon-cutting ceremony earlier this month, attendees were given a sneak peek into what drivers can expect to gain when enrolling for courses offered here.

The school has recently opened eight other education facilities throughout the country and announced it is offering an online hazardous materials training course available in 30 states with plans to add more.

In a recent news release, 160 Driving Academy said its graduates earn an average starting salary of $65,000 annually.

Their unique new driver training program, perfected with data-driven analytics and tailored instruction, sets out to provide students with top-notch safety education. The company boasts personalized feedback and top-tier instruction designed to put each student on track for success.

The school’s website says that they are the largest commercial driving school in the United States, and the fastest-growing vocational school. Their numbers back this claim up. This year alone, the school is expected to have over 35,000 students complete their CDL training program.

Through Truckers Network and 160 Driver Score, 160 Driving Academy says it provides “the most advanced job placement and compliance scoring capabilities in the industry.”

160 Driving Academy is now offering its Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s entry-level driver training program across the nation in 43 states.
