Job Description

Dedicated Routes Pay – Dry Van:

  • $0.60 per mile (Solo)
  • $0.70 per mile (Teams)
  • MI – Laredo: $1,800 Round Trip
  • MI – Dallas – Laredo: $2,000 Round Trip

General OTR Dry Van – Option #1:

  • 14+ Days Out / 3 Days Home (Your Choice)
  • $0.70 per mile (Solo)
  • $0.80 per mile (Teams) OR 28% of Gross Revenue

General OTR Dry Van – Option #2:

  • 7–10 Days Out (Your Choice)
  • $0.65 per mile (Solo)
  • $0.80 per mile (Teams) OR 28% of Gross Revenue

General Reefer Freight – Regional:

  • $0.65 per mile
  • OR 28% of Gross Revenue (Driver must pick one option)

General Flatbed Freight – Regional:

  • $0.65 per mile
  • OR 28% of Gross Revenue (Driver must pick one option)

Pay Options:

  • 1099 and W-2 positions available (RPM varies for W-2 drivers)
  • CPM or Percentage – driver chooses preferred option
