Job Description

Tri State Distributors is hiring a full-time Warehouse Relief Driver – CDL Class A for its Ocala, FL branch.

The position primarily supports warehouse operations while also assisting with local and regional deliveries as needed. The employee will be cross-trained in multiple areas and will work five days per week with no weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
  • Load trucks.
  • Receive incoming products.
  • Put merchandise away in the correct location.
  • Assist with local and regional deliveries.
  • Handle touch freight.
  • Pick orders using manual pick tickets with accuracy and speed.
  • Maintain organized and accurate paperwork.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Safely operate material-handling equipment.
  • Meet company accuracy standards.
  • Work in a fast-paced, customer-service-focused environment.
  • Load heavy materials onto trucks.
  • Lift and move up to 100 pounds.
  • Operate a forklift.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to load and unload touch freight.

  • Forklift experience is preferred.
