Job Description

OTR CDL A Refrigerated Driver – $1,400 Weekly Guarantee

Run over-the-road refrigerated freight with a driver-first company that delivers consistent pay, premium equipment, and real support.

Requirements to Apply

  • Must hold a CDL-A License
  • 1 year of verifiable CDL-A interstate driving experience within the last 3 years

Pay You Can Count On

  • Ask about the $1,400 Weekly Guarantee
  • $750 Quarterly Safety, Performance & Inspection Bonus
  • $80 Per Diem Pay (tax-free each week)
  • Detention Pay: $25/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Safely operate a CDL-A tractor trailer hauling refrigerated freight
  • Drive regional and national OTR lanes
  • Load and unload freight as needed using proper securement methods
  • Monitor reefer temperatures to maintain product quality
  • Complete pre-trip, enroute, and post-trip inspections
  • Follow all FMCSA regulations and Hours of Service requirements
  • Maintain driver logs, bills of lading, and temperature documentation
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and company personnel
  • Drive safely in all weather, traffic, and terrain conditions
  • Bend, squat, twist, and inspect trailer components as needed
