Job Description

PAY INCREASE SCHEDULED FOR APRIL 1ST, 2026

Minimum Driver Qualifications:

  • Class A CDL
  • 1 Year of OTR (3 states or more) Flatbed Driving Experience
  • No DUI or Felony in the Last 5 Years

Our Flatbed Truck Drivers Earn Up to $2,000 Per Week

Momentum Pay – For every mile over 10,000 miles per month, earn an additional $0.20 CPM

What We Offer

  • $1,300 to $2,000 per week
  • Paid bi-weekly
  • Touch freight

Bonuses

  • Additional $0.20 CPM for miles over 10,000 per month
  • $50 Tarp Pay
  • Performance Bonus – Additional $0.04 CPM
  • $150 Layover Pay
  • $30/hour Detention Pay (after 3 hours)
  • $50 for each clean inspection
