Job Description

OTR/Open Board Driver

  • Flat rate of $0.70 CPM for all drivers, regardless of experience
  • Flexible home time depending on location
  • Live load and unload
  • Empty and loaded miles paid
  • Volvo 660, 760, and 680 automatic trucks
  • Freightliner Cascadia and Coronado manual trucks
  • 99% no-touch freight
  • Paid orientation at $24 per hour for the duration of orientation

Position Requirements

  • Must be at least 23 years old
  • Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience
  • Current Class A CDL
  • Clean MVR
  • Must pass the FMCSA Pre-Employment Screening Program
  • Must pass the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
  • Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen
  • Must clear previous employment, drug, and background checks
