Job Description

Trans Quality is hiring CDL-A Slip Seat Truck Drivers for a regional position offering a 4-days-on, 4-days-off schedule, average weekly pay of $1,500, and earning potential up to $0.71 per mile.

Pay & Schedule:

  • Base pay of $0.65 per mile
  • $0.05 per mile safety bonus
  • $0.01 per mile fuel-efficiency bonus
  • Earn up to $0.71 per mile
  • $1,500 average weekly pay
  • 4 days on, 4 days off
  • Drivers complete one round trip, go home, then return for another round trip
  • Additional time off is PTO
  • 2,000+ miles per 4-day shift
  • Routes travel to Alabama and Louisiana and return to Illinois

Position Details:

  • Slip seat position
  • Drivers must share the truck with a fellow driver
  • Drivers are responsible for the cleanliness of the truck after their 4-day shift
  • Drivers within a 75-mile radius of Bolingbrook, IL must park their personal vehicle at the terminal
  • Drivers cannot take the truck home
  • Drivers must have reasonable transportation arrangements to and from the terminal

Requirements:

  • 18 months of CDL-A truck driving experience required
  • Stable work history in previous truck driving jobs
  • Excellent driving record
  • Must be willing to share the truck with another driver
  • Must be responsible for keeping the truck clean after each 4-day shift
