Following a report to the Los Angeles Police Department of a stolen tow truck, a driver of a flatbed tow truck fled from police.
When the driver approached an intersection while fleeing, a motorcycle was parked in the middle of the road. The driver of the truck stopped the truck and fled on the motorcycle. At this point, police air units took over following the driver. The driver reached speeds of up to 100 mph until he reached North Hollywood where he drove into an apartment complex’s underground parking garage.
Whether the driver was captured is unknown at this time.
