Fuel market is starting to cool down

We’ve been sharing a lot of information regarding fuel costs recently, but we finally have some good news! Americans have been suffering from sky high fuel prices but there a few signs of it “cooling off”. Transport Topics reports that retail prices have fallen for 21 consecutive days, the longest streak since April 2020”. Biden has made a few efforts to help with these rising costs.

There has been an expansion of fuel stockpiles by over 4 million barrels over the past two weeks, when there’s typically a decrease this time of year. “The tentative signs of a cool down follow a period in which pump gasoline prices briefly topped a record $5 a gallon.”
