There’s an exciting change happening in the trucking world, and it’s all thanks to Truck Park Management (TPM). They’ve come out with their new Trucklots software and app—a tool that’s making life on the road easier for truck drivers and fleet operators by offering real-time parking reservations and smarter lot management.
Why Choose Trucklots?
TPM’s focus is all about making the driver’s journey better. Danny Loe, CEO, puts it simply: “We want to solve the never-ending issues truckers face with sparse and unreliable parking spots. We aim to make things safer, ensure rules are followed, and bring comfort through top-notch amenities.”
Rooted in Little Rock, Arkansas, TPM is stepping up to tackle the big problems truck drivers face. They’re doing this with a smart reservation-based parking system that stretches across the U.S. It’s backed by software that helps manage lots better, along with developing loads with great amenities and offering property services for those who own truck yards.
Teaming Up for Expansion
A boost of $15 million from FoxDen Capital, a local investor, and major players in the industry means TPM can really grow. This funding is a big deal because it helps TPM to buy, build, and run truck parking facilities that go above and beyond what’s out there today.
Get to Know the Trucklots Software & App
The Trucklots software and app are central to TPM’s vision for the future. It’s designed so it’s easy for truckers to find and book safe parking spots with no hassle, improving the whole process from booking to check-out. Beyond Trucklots, TPM is all about supporting truckers with services like overnight and long-term parking with reservations and comprehensive lot management. This blend of services brings great value to everyone involved—from truckers to carriers and logistics crews.
Creating Parking Areas with Amenities That Matter
“One of the standout features of TPM will be developing and managing highly amenitized parking lots,” the company said in the release. “These lots range from fifteen to thirty acres in size with upwards of 500 parking spots at each location, making it a scalable solution for trucking companies of all sizes. Some of the types of amenities are to later include a secure space for showers, lounge and kitchen area amenities, fitness facilities, laundry, health clinics, a pet wash and more”
Looking to the Future
TPM has a bold vision ahead—to build the biggest truck parking network in the country. Over the next five years, they’ve set their sights on managing 200-300 sites located along all the major roads and highways, creating a truly national network.
