We are a 467 truck Fleet Running the SE SW & Midwest areas. Long Haul Carrier. 60% Drop & Hook. No NE or NW areas ran. We do run Teams & Solos. We are a Family Owned Co that has been in business for 53 years. We do run Co Drivers & O/O. We want to keep our Teams running 20,000 a Month & Solos running 12,000 a Month. We do have a Rider Program & a Pet Policy & we do work with Trainees also.

REQUIREMENTS
-Must be 23 years of age
-Driver trainee must be school graduate with 85 or above Road Test Score and GPA, and successfully a complete road-driving test with DHT
-Must have a Class A CDL
-No reckless or careless driving convictions within the last 3 years.
-Must have no DUI or DWI convictions in the past 5 years – never in a commercial vehicle
-Felony convictions to be determined by a Review Board on an individual basis in accordance with FCRA rules and regulations
-Must satisfactorily complete DHT pre-employment processing (written test, road test, physical examination, substance and alcohol screen)
-Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquires and to make entries on reports and records according to DOT 39.11(b)(2)

TRAINER MENTOR BONUS
*** After trainer has completed training and becomes an OTR driver ***
• At 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 and 180 days as an OTR driver after the training period, the trainer will receive a $100 bonus for each 30 day period.
• When training is split between multiple trainers, the bonus will be prorated to each trainer based on the number of hours the trainee completed with each trainer.
• Bonus will not be paid when separation is made during training due to conflict of parties no matter fault.
