Job Description

Unlimited Carrier (Trans Quality DBA as UC Carrier) is hiring CDL-A Team Truck Drivers for high-mile OTR routes.

Pay:

  • $0.80 CPM (per mile)
  • 6,000+ miles per week (teams)
  • Safety Bonus: $0.05/mile monthly
  • Seniority Bonus: +$0.01 CPM annually
  • Extra Stop Pay: $35
  • Detention Pay: $25/hour after 2 hours (up to $200)
  • Layover/Breakdown Pay: $200 per day
  • Orientation Pay: $125/day
  • All miles paid — loaded and empty

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 18 months of verifiable experience
  • Must be an existing team
  • Good driving record
  • Willing to stay out 2–4 weeks (depends on location)
