Job Description

MUST HAVE 3 YEARS of recent verifiable CDL-A experience

Wilson Lines is hiring experienced OTR Reefer Drivers offering strong CPM, steady miles, and full benefits.

Pay & Miles:

  • Starting pay: $0.62 CPM
  • Up to $0.65 CPM after 90 days
  • 2,500 – 3,000+ miles/week
  • Out 3 weeks minimum, home 3–5 days

Additional Pay:

  • Breakdown pay
  • Layover pay
  • Detention pay
  • No violation roadside inspection bonus

Freight:

  • 100% no-touch freight

Equipment:

  • 2023–2025 Freightliner Cascadias (automatic)
  • 53’ refrigerated trailers
