NEW Class A CDL Graduates! Paper Transport offers a variety of home weekly and regional jobs, excellent entry-level CDL-A training, and top-of-the-industry starting pay! We’ll help you transition, both professionally and financially, into your new career with our ACCELERATE PROGRAM for new truck drivers at all levels
New CDL School Graduates
- One-week orientation with other recent CDL-A graduates in Green Bay, WI
- Classroom and in-truck instruction
- Private car rental, solo hotel room, and meals provided
- Followed by two weeks of on-the-job training with a PTI Driver Trainer
- Paid $750 per week for each week
- Small class sizes to ensure one-on-one training during Orientation Week
After completion of the Accelerate Program, we offer CDL-A Company Truck Drivers:
- Mileage Rate: 50 CPM (0-3 Months), 55 CPM (3-6 Months), and 60 CPM after 6 months
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,300 (0-3 Months), $1,400 (3-6 Months), and $1,500 after 6 months
- Permanent Minimum Pay Guarantee for Experienced Drivers (6+ Months): Yes
- Home Time: 1.5 days every week or 3 days after 14 days out
- Type: Regional Dry Van; No Hazmat
- Operating Areas: Primarily Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, Georgia. Occasionally, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Florida, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas

Requirements:
- Class A CDL
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Safe Driving Record
- No DUI/DWI or other alcohol-related convictions in the last 5 years
- Have a DOT Medical Certificate and pass a pre-employment drug screen and hair follicle test
- Graduated from truck driving CDL school
