Job Description

Butler Transport is hiring CDL A OTR Company Drivers with competitive pay, consistent miles, and strong benefits.

Pay & Earnings:

  • $0.55 – $0.65 CPM (based on experience)
  • $1,250 – $1,750 average weekly pay
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus
  • Performance-based raises every 60,000 miles (avg. 2 raises/year)

Bonuses & Incentives:

  • $125 Monthly Safety Bonus
  • Performance bonus: +$0.02 per mile

Home Time Options:

  • 7–10 days out, 2 days home
  • 14–18 days out, 2–3 days home

Equipment & Freight:

  • Late model 2023–2026 tractors
  • 100% no-touch freight
  • Consistent routes and strong mileage
