CDL-A Company Drivers & Owner Operators – Stepdeck/Flatbed/RGN

Driver Requirements

  • Minimum Age: 23 years old
  • Experience:
    • 1 year OTR (required)
    • 1 year experience with Stepdeck, Flatbed, or RGN (required — knockout qualification)
  • Endorsements: None required

 

Company Driver Pay & Benefits

  • 27%–30% of Gross
  • Weekly Gross: $8,000 – $12,000 (direct pay)
  • Miles: 2,500 – 3,800 miles per week
  • Home Time:
    • Run 3.5–4 weeks OTR = 3–7 days home
  • Occupational Insurance: $37/week
  • Referral Bonus:
    • $300 for Company Drivers
    • $500 for Owner Operators
    • Paid half at start, half after 3 months (eligibility based on referred driver)
  • Sign-On Bonus:
    • $3,000 total (paid out as $100 added to weekly salary)
