CDL-A OTR VAN DRIVERS
CDL-A Dry Van Truck Driver – OTR H&M Trucking
 

H&M Trucking is hiring experienced, safety-focused CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van freight. We offer consistent miles, competitive CPM, late-model equipment, and a full benefits package. If you’re a professional driver who takes pride in doing the job right, apply today.
 

Responsibilities
-Safely operate a CDL-A CMV in compliance with FMCSA regulations
-Transport dry van freight OTR with on-time performance
-Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
-Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation
-Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
-Follow all company safety policies and procedures
 

Pay & Bonuses
-Starting at $0.60 CPM
     o $0.05 CPM for Hazmat loaded miles
-Up to $0.04 CPM monthly bonus
-Weekly pay
-Detention, layover, breakdown & weather delay pay
-Annual raises (½ cent per year)
-Anniversary Pay:
     o 1–3 years: $850
     o 4–5 years: $1,700
     o 6+ years: $2,550
-$225 for major holidays (if out)
 

Home Time (Varies by Area)
-2 weeks out → 2 days home
-3 weeks out → 3–4 days home
-4 weeks out → 5 days home
-5 weeks out → 6+ days home

Requirements
-Valid CDL-A license
-Minimum 24 months verifiable OTR driving experience required
-Clean driving record
-Commitment to safety and professionalism
