Experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers: Choose how you want to be paid in Montgomery’s FREEDOM TO CHOOSE fleet!

With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid: percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options, averaging $70,000 – $75,000 per year!

Pay:

  • Up to .55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay and Annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase

OR

  • Choose 27% of line haul
  • Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 days – 2 years = $1,200 and 2 years+ = $1,300!

Driver Orientation/Loyalty Pay:

  • Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:

  • 1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6-month flatbed experience
  • Flatbed experience must be in the past three years.
  • No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
  • No DUI in the past 10 years
  • Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requiremen
