Job Description

Climate Express is hiring Class A CDL OTR Company Drivers offering high miles, strong pay, and excellent equipment.

Pay & Earnings:

  • $0.55 – $0.59 CPM starting pay
  • Top 10% of drivers earn six figures
  • 2,500 – 3,200 miles per week
  • Paid on all miles (loaded & empty)
  • Detention, layover, safety & performance bonuses
  • Weekly direct deposit

Freight & Lanes:

  • Dry van & temperature-controlled freight
  • No-touch freight (75%+ drop & hook)
  • Central U.S. lanes
  • No NYC, ports, borders, or west of Denver

Equipment:

  • 2022+ Volvo 760 automatic trucks
  • 70” sleepers, APU, refrigerator, TV mount
  • Satellite radio, scales, modern safety tech
  • On-site maintenance & wash bays

Home Time:

  • 2 full days off every other weekend
  • Additional drive-through home time in some areas

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL
