Job Description

Company Driver (Solo & Team)

Position Type: Company Driver
Operating Area: OTR

OTR Requirement:

  • Minimum 3–4 weeks OTR
  • Home Time: 4–7 days off

Job Details:

  • Consistent OTR freight
  • Dedicated lanes available for TEAM drivers
  • Strong dispatcher and safety support

Pay Structure:

  • Minimum weekly gross: $8,000
  • Driver pay: 30% of gross
  • Minimum take-home: $2,400 per week
  • Weekly pay

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 6 months verifiable experience
  • Clean driving & criminal background
  • EIN letter required
