Job Description

Truck  – 2014 and newer

Qualifications – 1yr of OTR, with 6mo of flatbed in the past 3yrs

Driver Pay:

  • Owner operator pay: 70% for truck only, 75% if you bring truck and trailer
  • Average weekly gross revenue: $5000-$6000 average
  • Average weekly net (take home): $2500 average
  • Pay period: Friday at midnight is cut off
  • Miles calculated: 2500
  • What is usually hauled? Steel, Building Materials, Hazmat Available
  • Other: Direct Deposit, Cash advances
  • Non-Forced dispatch

 

 

Expenses:

  • IFTA: varies
  • Bobtail insurance: $39 monthly
  • Transflo: $7 monthly
  • OOIDA: $132/ monthly
  • OOIDA Membership $45 primary
  • Physical Damage: $250+ monthly
  • Prepass: $22 + tolls monthly
  • Tag amount varies
  • 2290: $550 paid in July (will pro-rate)
  • Maintenance account: $150/week
