Hiring CDL-A Drivers

YOUR ROAD TO SUCCESS

Earn up to $127,000 per year

START STRONG WITH EXTRA CASH

$1,250 orientation pay

EXPERIENCED OTR DRIVERS

Get trained for Flatbed at orientation

 

  • Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year*
  • Base pay: 60 CPM + up to 4 CPM in performance incentives
  • $1,350 minimum pay for qualifying weeks
  • Up to 5.5 CPM loyalty pay earned from day one
  • $75 tarp pay, $100 dwell pay
  • Home every 2-3 weeks based on location – 5 days per month
  • No Flatbed experience required for experienced OTR drivers
  • $1,250 orientation pay
