Job Description
No-Touch Freight for OTR Dry Van Drivers
Many dry van drivers tell us they chose this path because they want more time driving and less time handling freight. That’s how we feel it should be, too, and that’s why the majority of ATS van freight is no-touch.
Instead, we focus on booking steady, high-quality freight so you can run more efficiently and earn more miles every week.

- Guaranteed $1,300/week minimum pay for your first 12 weeks
- Start at 60-62 cents per mile (CPM), based on experience
- $1,000 orientation completion bonus
- Weekly pay and consistent freight flow
- Tiered weekly mileage bonus — run more, make more!
- 1,900-1,999 miles: extra $100
- 2,000-2,099 miles: extra $150
- 2,100+ miles: extra $200
