Love’s Travel Stops recently rewarded 140 drivers from their Family of Companies, Gemini Motor Transport, with over $2.3 million in bonuses for exceptional safety performance last year! With a fleet of 1,600 strong crisscrossing the country to deliver fuel to Love’s locations nationwide – these dedicated individuals are an invaluable part of keeping America fueled up and moving forward.
Bonuses are based on safety credit awarded to drivers on an annual basis. To earn one credit and get closer to receiving a bonus, drivers need to demonstrate an excellent safety record by staying free from accidents or traffic tickets over 12 months as well as passing all checks by both U.S. Department of Transportation and Gemini itself. Once five credits are obtained under these strict regulations, drivers can collect their due reward.

Bonuses are given on a five and ten-year basis. This year, an impressive 96 professionals received a 5-year bonus and 44 even received a 10-year bonus. All in all, the Safe Drivers Program has paid out over $24 million dollars in bonuses.
