Big changes are coming to one of the most iconic trucking events in the nation. The Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS) has revealed plans for a major overhaul of its exhibit layout at the Kentucky Expo Center for the 2025 event. This update represents an ambitious move towards offering expanded class-A exhibit spaces and crafting a more unified and accessible environment for all visitors and participants during the show, scheduled from March 27-29 in Louisville.
MATS has announced that exhibitors previously situated in the West Wing and Pavilion will be relocated to the North through South Wings. This deliberate shift aims to improve traffic flow and connectivity throughout the event, creating a seamless experience where exhibitions, educational sessions, and various events are seamlessly integrated.

Prime Positioning: The strategic location of the South Wing, near essential areas such as the food court, press rooms, outdoor exhibits, educational spaces, and main meeting rooms, will enhance interactions between guests and exhibitors.
In addition, MATS 2025 is set to introduce a brand new Maintenance and Repair Pavilion. This specialized area will address the needs of fleets and owner-operators reliant on durable trucks and equipment, delivering crucial maintenance solutions aimed at reducing downtime.
