Truck drivers weigh in on feeling misunderstood by carriers

This is a big question that can be answered in so many different ways. We asked and you all answered. We want to know what you feel should be known that would make you, as a truck driver, feel more understood. Many truck drivers associated their frustrations of not being understood with low pay, issues on the road, and long hours.

Many drivers expressed how they feel like they work long hours and don’t have the luxury to go home whenever they want. They have to truly and strategically plan for birthdays, holidays, and other special events unlike most of us with a 9-5 PM.
