The Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) is excited to welcome nominations for the 2025 cohort of its esteemed Elevate Young Leadership Program.

Following a formidable beginning, TCA continues to open doors for young talents in the truckload sector, offering an exceptional pathway for professional growth. “Elevate is a remarkable opportunity for young leaders to engage deeply with the industry, expand their skills, and connect with experienced mentors and industry peers,” said Zander Gambill, TCA’s vice president of Membership Outreach. “We’re thrilled to welcome a new class and continue the momentum from last year’s impactful program.”

Nomination Details

To be eligible, nominees must be from TCA member companies, under 41 years old by March 23, 2025, and receive an endorsement from a supervisor.
