Job Description

CDL A Company Driver – Earn $70,000 to $80,000+ Annually
Out 10–14 Days / Home 3–4 – Flexible Home Time
No Touch Freight – Hopper Bottom – Steady Miles

VOLUME, an industry leader for over 30 years, is hiring CDL A Company Drivers to haul carbon black in hopper bottom trailers. Our carbon business is growing fast, and we offer consistent miles, long-term stability, and top‑tier equipment. More than 80% of our drivers have been with us for over 4 years. Drivers Earn $70,000–$80,000+ Per Year

  • Starting pay: 52 CPM
  • $13 per hour for on‑duty, not driving
  • CPM increases every 6 months based on safety and productivity
  • Paid loaded and empty miles
  • Paid for all on‑duty time

Home Time

  • Out 10–14 days
  • Home 3–4 days
  • Flexible home time options available

Equipment

  • 2022 and newer Kenworth trucks
  • APUs
  • Refrigerator and microwave in every truck
  • Outward‑facing camera only
  • Hopper bottom trailers
    • No touch freight
    • No need to adjust tandems

Position Details

  • Hauling carbon black (no touch)
  • Hopper bottom trailer experience preferred but not required
  • Paid loaded and empty
  • Steady miles year‑round
