Job Description

Run Flatbed freight network

Rider must be 13 and up, pet policy allows K9 under 90 pounds

Schedule: Varies based on customer appointments

Home time: 48 Hours Weekly

Driver Pay: 

  • 27-30% per load
  • Averaging $1,850/week
  • Range: $1,700-$1,900/week
  • Min: $1000 Max: 2700
  • Top Driver: $2,654/week or 99 CPM

Pay Stub Match

Bring your last working pay stub, and Fraley & Schilling will match it up to $2,000 as you get started.
How It Works

  • Match is paid the following Friday after orientation.
  • Must be hired into a Regional/OTR role
  • Need 6 months of Class A experience in the last year

How to Qualify

  • Pay must reflect active duty (mileage, load pay, hourly driving)
  • No PTO, bonuses, severance, or vacation buyouts
  • Pay stub must be from the last 30 days
