Job Description

  • CDL-A Reefer truck driver position with hub miles paid.
  • Home every weekend plus possible nights home during the week as routes permit.
  • Average $1,900 weekly gross.
  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus.
  • Home every weekend while running 2–3 nights at a time.
  • Deliver Bob Evans Farms grocery products to customer distribution centers.
  • Not a food service position – grocery distribution only.
  • Competitive Compensation:
    • $0.73 CPM base pay.
    • Stop pay.
    • Loading pay.
    • Detention pay.
    • Stop premiums for low-mileage routes.
  • Drivers earn $95,000+ annually.
  • Average 2025 annual wages: $112,000.
  • Accountabilities:
    • Follow all company safety rules.
    • Maintain daily and weekly logs and reports required by state, federal agencies, and company policies.
    • Interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Requirements:
    • Class A CDL with 18 months of over-the-road experience required.
    • Clear driving record.
    • Must pass background check, drug screen, and DOT physical.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Working knowledge of DOT regulations.
