Job Description

Run Regional Conestoga Network (strong mix of Alcoa, TN outbound with backhauls / Muscle Shoals, AL outbound with backhauls / Newburgh, IN outbound with backhauls / Jeffersonville, IN outbound with backhauls.

Schedule: varies based on customer appointments

Home time: 48 hours weekly

Driver pay:  Percentage Pay
 

  • 27-30% per load
  • Averaging $1,800/week
  • Range: $1,700-$1,900/week
  • Top Driver $2,300/Week or 75 CPM
  • Paid vacation and holidays; medical, dental, and vision insurance; short-term disability, long-term disability; 401K, $20,000 life insurance at no-cost to the driver.

Rider must be 13 and up, pet policy allows K9 under 90 pounds.

 

Regional Flatbed/Conestoga Bonus:

  • $500 First Load Bonus + $3,000 at 90 Days

How to qualify: 

  • Must be hired for a Flatbed CDL position and remain in the Flatbed or Conestoga position throughout the agreement.
  • Must have 6 months of verifiable experience in the last 3 years.
  • Must have a clean safety record for each period under review
    • No preventable incidents/accidents (includes preventable equipment damage, damaged loads, and all accidents deemed preventable.
    • No warnings or citations that impact CSA scores
  • Must remain full-time for full duty as a commercial driver for the entire duration of the agreement
  • Must not have been previously employed by Fraley and Schilling within the last 180 days.
