Job Description

JBS Carriers is a leading multi-state and regional truckload carrier specializing in refrigerated and non-refrigerated freight, including live haul (cattle, hogs and poultry), tankers, container chassis and grain hoppers. Make Gains: Earn $220 per load; average of 6 loads per week

Driver Pay Rates:

  • Earn $220 per load
  • Earn $1,320 per week
  • Paid by load, average of 6 loads per week
  • Downtime pay
  • Breakdown pay


Benefits and Bonuses:

Up to $3,100 bonus per driver referral:

  • $50 every week of your referred driver’s first year
  • $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months


Work and Route:

  • Home Daily with occasional need to sleep/take a break in the truck or hotel room
  • Monday through Friday with occasional weekends, as needed
  • Equipment : 40′ – 45′ dump trailers and tankers
  • Haul raw material from Sanford, NC to Sumter, SC
  • 99% drop and hook on both ends
  • All trucks have automatic transmissions

CDL-A Local Truck Driver Requirements:

  • At least 21 years old
  • CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
  • Tanker Endorsement required
  • Must be able to tarp loads as required
  • Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
