Marten Transport is hiring CDL-A owner operators with new percentage pay: 72% of linehaul revenue on reefer loads and 65% on dry van loads, and a great fuel discount designed to help you make the most of every load. Advantages, earnings and additional compensation options include:

  • $2,840 to $3,550 weekly pay range PLUS fuel surcharge

  • $147,680 to $184,600 annual pay range PLUS fuel surcharge

  • Guaranteed stop pay

  • Potential for trailer downtime pay

  • Potential for additional immediate detention pay (from 0 to $160 per day)

  • Potential for additional inclement weather pay (from 0 to $250 per day)

Qualifications:

  • A current Interstate Commercial Driver’s License (Class A)
  • Must have at least 4 months of recent CDL-A experience after completing training
  • Ability to work and interact with others
