Job Description

Driver will load out of Ghent, KY twice per week(NAS or Nucor) and will deliver one load to the IL/WI/MI/OH region. The second load will primarily go to PA, NY, or New England.

Schedule: Sunday – Friday

Hometime: 48 Hours Weekly

Driver Pay: 27% base with scale up to 30%
$1500 – $1700 expected
Min: $1000 Max: $2200
Top Driver Made $2195/week or 71 CPM
Reset Pay: Stay out and you get an extra $200

Paid vacation and holidays; medical, dental, and vision insurance; short-term disability, long-term disability; 401K, $20,000 life insurance at no-cost to the driver.

Rider must be 13 and up, pet policy allows K9 under 90 pounds.

 

BONUS #2 – Flatbed & Conestoga Positions Only

Flatbed Experience Incentive- Earn up to $12,000

Bring your recent, verifiable flatbed experience and get a $1,000/month bonus (up to 12 months).

How It Works

  • Bonus amount is $1,000/Month for each month of verifiable flatbed experience up to 12 months. First month payout is $500 on the first check and $500 after 30 Days. 

How to Qualify

  • Hired into a Regional/OTR Flatbed or Conestoga position
  • Experience must be verifiable and must be within the last 3 years. 
  • Maintain a clean safety record
    • No preventable accidents, equipment damage, or load damage
    • No warnings/citations impacting CSA
  • Must remain active & full-time each month to receive payment
