Company Driver

  • Base pay 50 CPM for all miles
  • Scheduled increases every 6 months. Caps out at 55 CPM
  • $75 per load minimum (even if they are going across town)
  • Layover Pay after 24 hours – $100
  • Stop Pay: Stop 1 free, Stop 2 – $25, Stop 3 – $50, Stop 4+ $75
  • No-touch freight
  • Monthly Safety and Performance Bonus 5/10/15 CPM on 4,000/6,000/8,000 plus miles
  • Company benefits available 1st of the month after 30 days — Vacation, Health Insurance – Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Paid Time Off, 401K etc.
